Dark Agendas of PowerDark Agendas of Power by Kevin Glenn

A NEW ECONOMIC ORDER HAS EMERGED
A multinational clandestine resistance has come together to fight against a new global cabal. Spear-headed by their top operatives, Cory Bryson and Amit Rubin, they seek to reveal this Cabal for what it is: a secret combination slowly eroding the freedoms of the world to fit their power agendas. As time is running out, and new enemies threaten to take the conflict to open warfare, Bryson and Amit must face overwhelming odds to stop a tyrannical power grab.

The emergence of this new economic order has thrown an already destabilized world further into chaos. Citizens struggle to navigate the difficult choices ahead of them in an increasingly divisive and conflictual world where a war between freedom and authoritarianism is waged in the shadows.

The Art of Caring: A MemoirThe Art of Caring by Marla Jacobson

A memoir about grief, loneliness hunger and fear. It’s a story of survival and violence, of homelessness and perseverance. Mainly, it a story about love and redemption, the transforming of a life, and practicing the golden rule of paying it forward.

THE ART OF CARING is a unique memoir; an account of two men from vastly different circumstances, who gave each other the gift of healing.

One, a thriving artist with a home and family in an affluent suburb. The other, homeless alienated from family, barely surviving each day. The memoir is his story, masterfully told by Marla Jacobson. This extraordinary book will touch hearts, and perhaps change how we view each other.
Review by Jan Holtrop

Jesus and His White Horse book coverJesus and His White Horse: Children know about Jesus in the manger, Jesus on the cross, and Jesus rising from the tomb; but, they do not know He is coming back nor that He will be King. Jesus and His White Horse completes the picture of Jesus everyone should know by telling of His return, victory over Satan, the Antichrist, and His kingdom in a way children will understand and enjoy.

This beautifully illustrated book with the simple message that Jesus loves us, died on a cross to take away our sin, and now is alive again, and will return to rescue His people and be king of the whole world, is just right for young children. I recommend it for any child as an introduction to the message of salvation and the promised return of Jesus.

The Master of Return and the Eleventh LightThe Master of Return and the Eleventh Light is a semi-fictionalized account of the lives of devout Jews answering the prophetic call to return to the Biblical heartland of Judea.

Eli has left his life as a motorcycle-riding chef in Manhattan’s top restaurants in order to live in a caravan in the hills of Gush Etzion, just south of Jerusalem. Tortured by the sins of his past, he engages in daily ablutions in cold springs followed by intense prayer and meditation. Newly married and a soon-to-be father, he is wracked with self-doubt about his place in God’s plan. He meets remarkable guides on his spiritual journey; holy men, miracle workers, and prophets. But the grim reality is that a Jew who hearkens to God’s call is targeted by evil. Eli falters as holy Jews are murdered and then, his pregnant wife is attacked by an Arab with a knife.

What we Believe and Why book coverWhat We Believe and Why reveals the solid foundation of the Christian faith in an engaging style that is accessible to all readers. This book delivers a convicting call to moving beyond the denominational struggles and doctrinal wars of modern Christianity to return to the heart of our common faith in Jesus, and achieve true unity in Christ. The book is rigorous and challenging, but can help Christians learn to refocus on the love of God, neighbor and even enemy that Jesus commanded, rather than on our differences in concepts about God and the Church.

I Remember When book coverI REMEMBER WHEN A Memoir Of One Who Served 1944-1946 is a great book that covers the last part of the Pacific War. Ken Vander Molen joined the fight in March of 1945 with the Americal Division in the Philippines. His gift for storytelling shines in this eyewitness account of the hard fighting that culminated in the largest surrender of Japanese soldiers in the war. Ken also recounts the response of General MacArthur’s headquarters, which never has been reported before. His memoir tells of the hard, miserable, and dangerous life of the combat infantryman. With pictures, documents, and fascinating portraits, the reader has a strong understanding of not only being there but of fearful nights along with some fun filled days. A great read!

Bazyly & Anna JoczBAZYLI & ANNA JOCZ   Jewish Christian victims of the Holocaust  by Kelvin Chrombe

Bazyli and Anna Jocz and their two sons are a Jewish Christian family from Poland. They are among the tens of thousands of Jewish people who were associated with the Christian Church at the start of the Holocaust. Because Jews were defined as a race and not as a religion, they suffered in the same way as all the other Jewish people during the Holocaust. About half of the six-million Jews who were murdered were from Poland.

The story of the Jocz family is typical of what happened to many of the nearly 250,000 Jewish Christians during the Holocaust.
